Due to the collectible and sealed nature of many of our products, our return policy is carefully structured to protect both our customers and our business.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

• Original packaging, seals, and protective wrapping must remain intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Any item that has been opened, tampered with, or used will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Opened TCG booster packs, boxes, or cases

• Trading cards (graded or ungraded)

• Blind boxes once opened

• Clearance or discounted items

• Digital products or gift cards

• Pre-order deposits (unless cancelled by RetroForLess)

Due to the nature of collectible products, all sealed TCG products are final sale once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of outer packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
